Terry M. Floyd, Managing Partner and Founder, started TMF in 1976 to help organizations develop and manage their business technologies.

For more than 30 years, TMF has provided information technology and subject matter consulting services to the healthcare industry. We have developed a wealth of expertise in applying technology-based solutions to a variety of issues.

In recent years, we have expanded our reach to providing the same high quality IT solutions in the property and casualty industry.
