Terry M. Floyd
Managing Partner

Terry started TM Floyd & Company (TMF) in 1976 to provide contract consulting services to the IT industry. With previous experience as a software engineer, working for aerospace and telecom companies, Terry approached contract consulting from the perspective of an IT consultant. That perspective permeates throughout TMF today.

Terry continues to set the direction for TMF. TMF's success over its 30-year history is a testament to Terry's business drive and ability to keep TMF agile enough to quickly respond to changes impacting IT and to translate that quick response into an ability to keep TMF's clients ahead of the curve.

 

Pete Ashi
Chief Operations Officer

Pete joined TMF more than 13 years ago. As with Terry, Pete began his career as a programmer and shifted his focus to providing sourcing solutions for clients. Pete has brought valuable experience working with world class IT and sourcing firms to TMF.

As COO, Pete drives many of TMF's initiatives and serves an indispensable role in TMF's business development efforts.

 

Henry Barnett
Chief Financial Officer

As CFO for TMF for more than 10 years, Henry has overseen a decade-long run of profitability, a remarkable accomplishment for a company providing services in an industry that has been significantly impacted by market cycles during this timeframe.

In addition to directing the financial functions of TMF, Henry also serves as the company's CIO, leading many of TMF's internal IT initiatives.
