TM Floyd & Company (TMF) has three types of Service Delivery Models: Client Directed, Project Value Add, and Service Center. TMF works with its clients to select the Service Delivery Model that best integrates with clients' business and IT practices.
Client Directed
- TMF professionals integrated into the client management structure
- On-site or off-site options
- Delivery accountability solely with the client
- Client responsibility for supporting consultant infrastructure (hardware, connectivity, etc.)
Project Value Add- TMF professionals performing services under the direction of TMF management
- TMF project team working under client-supplied governance structure
- On-site or off-site options
- Shared delivery accountability
- Consultant infrastructure negotiated (client and TMF)
Service Center
- TMF-supplied veteran Service Center leadership under client governance framework
- TMF professionals in specialized Service Centers
- Assigned or on-demand resources
- Shared delivery accountability
- TMF-supported consultant infrastructure
