System Architect
TM Floyd & Company has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Systems Architect looking to be responsible for delivering cross product analysis, design, proof-of-concept, coding, and development. In this position, the architect will provide design recommendations, and develop enterprise level application and custom integration solutions, including major enhancements and interfaces, functions, and features. The architect will serve as an expert in the integration of applications and be responsible for breaking down business problems and capabilities into projects, platforms, frameworks, applications, and services.
Job Skills
Required::
- Minimum of 7 years of IT experience in application design and implementation
- Minimum 3 years of experience integrating components of platforms, including DB2, MQ, J2EE, WebSphere, Oracle, Cognos, and SQL
- In depth knowledge of OO design, testing, and coding
- Experience in all phases of software life cycle, including requirements, testing, and development
- Senior level experience with Java EE Stack, Web Services, UML
- Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills
Desired::
- Bachelors in Computer Science or related degree
- Experience with Adobe Livecycle, Spring Frameworks, Messaging Architecture and Functional Point Analysis
