Job Description:
TM Floyd & Company has an excellent opportunity for a Technical Recruiter. The recruiter will be responsible for identifying quality, technical staff for assignments at multiple client sites. This incentive based position will recruit for a variety of IT skill sets such as web developers, project managers, and QA/testers. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for multiple level positions, from entry level to expert.
Job Skills
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of IT recruiting experience
- Knowledge of IT Systems Development and/or IT Staffing
- BS degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or Business
- Ability to work and multi-task in a fast paced environment
