Field Services Coordinator

Job Description:
TM Floyd & Company has an opening in its corporate office in Columbia, SC for a Field Services Coordinator (FSC). The FSC will be responsible for the success and satisfaction of consultant relationships. The FSC is responsible for the consultant experience from on-boarding through exit. The FSC conducts employee counseling and coaching sessions, performance reviews, and other HR and administrative duties associated with the consultants' engagements. The FSC is also responsible for processing candidates through the submission cycle and coordinating interviews with client representatives and corporate staff. Job Skills

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of generally accepted HR practices
  • BS degree or higher required, preferably in Computer Science, Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in IT consulting, Human Resources for an IT company, or IT Staffing
  • Excellent judgment and documentation skills
Additional Skills:
  • Insurance industry experience
  • Knowledge of recruiting/staffing industry
  • PMP, PHR or technical certifications strongly preferred
