.NET Applications Architect

TM Floyd & Company is hiring multiple .NET Applications Architects to develop a Microsoft .NET C# web-based application. He/she will be responsible for creating a functioning architecture and design for the application, developing and implementing best software development practices, and mentoring junior developers on architecture, design, and coding.
The ideal candidate for this position will have 5-7 years of applications architecture and object oriented development experience and a strong .NET C# background. The person in this position should be a strong team player that is able to hit the ground running on day one.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-7 years of experience as an application architect
- 4-6 years of .NET, C#, and ASP.NET coding experience
- Experience with object-oriented analysis and design
- Strong familiarity with Silverlight, WCF, Entity Framework, and/or Enterprise Library is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
