TM Floyd & Company Implements Lean Six Sigma Program

TM Floyd & Company (TMF) has adopted Lean Six Sigma to build its internal processes. By maximizing the control of its internal processes, TMF is able to translate the resulting improvements in predictability and efficiency into positive results for its clients.

Lean Six Sigma is a combination of two process improvement methodologies designed to reduce non-value added steps and improve the predictability of results. Lean Six Sigma is driven by the DMAIC process: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control.

Lean Six Sigma requires its adherents to seek continuous process improvement through the DMAIC process by identifying the main sources of error and waste, eliminating or reducing those one sources, and reevaluating the process to identify new main sources of error and waste.

TMF succeeds from the work all employees do on a daily basis. Through its Lean Six Sigma program, TMF will continue to enhance its ability to deliver value to clients.
