Permanent Placement

TM Floyd & Company (TMF) can contract with clients to provide permanent placement services. Depending on the size of the client and the estimated volume of business we would expect from the client, we will negotiate a rate for sourced employees.

We use the same robust recruiting process to locate candidates for employment as we use for our various staffing and service solution functions. TMF will typically guarantee the employment of a candidate sourced for permanent placement for a period at the start of the candidate's employment with the client.
